Netflix Dmg

Netflix doesn't really give Mac users a lot of attention. There is no macOS app available, which means the only way to get 1080p playback is via Safari, and it is currently impossible to stream 4K on a Mac. While Clicker for Netflix only comes with 1080p support for now, it does provide you with a native, feature-packed, and highly customizable macOS Netflix player.

Some of you may already be familiar with this app, but the newly-released version 2 is now written entirely in Swift, which should make it more resource-friendly and a lot smaller than the Electron-based version 1.

As a standalone app, Clicker for Netflix offers better integration with the OS than the web-based player. It can be accessed from the Dock or menu bar, it includes Touch Bar controls, and the built-in picture-in-picture mode lets you watch content while working or something else.

While Netflix has recently added a setting that lets you disable autoplay previews, you can do that from this app's settings as well. It can also make your experience a bit more streamlined by disabling the 'Who's Watching' screen, hiding the Netflix Originals row, skipping show intros, and advancing to the next episode automatically.
